Absolutely rubbish courier service. Don't even deserve 1 star. Parcel "supposedly" delivered yesterday and left in a "safe place". 2 things, 1st no parcel was even attempted to be delivered to our house, I checked security cameras. 2nd why would it need to be left in a "safe place" as we were both home at the time it was "supposedly" delivered. Address on the parcel had eircode. And w unfortunately as most companies use fastway for delivery, we get parcels at least once a fortnight if not more frequently, the joys of living rural and online shopping.

Parcel not turned up even though your tracking says the delivery driver attempted twice to deliver it . Stop before you start accusing the courier of lying and rushing to you computer to write a bad review consider this your parcel was assigned with the wrong tracking code, this happened to me I sat in all day on the day my parcel was due to arrive and nothing was delivered even though the tracking said delivered and signed you can imagine my disbelief the courier company was called fast way luckily for me they were just up the road in Ballyhaunis Co Mayo so off I trundled with my tracking number in hand and on arrival I spoke to two young lads named Martin and Eddie who were extremely helpful and with a few taps of keys on his computer it was immediately apparent Amazon had assigned me with the same tracking code as someone else meaning the courier was attending a completely different address in Meenacladdy Donegal about 100 miles away , so for the last two weeks it turns out I’ve been tracking someone else’s package (Great). So with all my new understanding of what’s been happened my next thing to do is to contact Amazon and explain the error with the tracking code I finally got through to someone on the chat at Amazon his name was icbal who was in India he assured me this is my tracking code and it is not wrong he asked me did I want a refund or a reorder you can imagine by now I was loosing the will to live after trying numerous attempts to explain what I have learned from the courier company fast way I caved in and asked for a reorder, with that icbal said I hope I’ve been able to help you with your problem today have a good day . All this for 10 gold cabinet knobs and I still don’t know when I’m going to get them .

Your parcel has been delivered. Not! Got an email that it was delivered, tracking even shows that I had signed for it! Well my cameras at the front of the house and husband who works from home would strongly disagree with that as the driver never even turned up! What a joke of a company..

Waiting a Christmas presents 7 weeks no show says they’re delivered have not being delivered. Emailed with no response and sender has emailed them as well with response either, Christmas is hard enough time on people with them having to go buy present a second time disgraceful, to makes things worse other people in my area waiting on packages and other getting the packages from this company, thanks for making the toughest time of the year even tougher on people

Dreadful delivery service. My orders have been misdirected too many times and now my orders have been sitting in a van, since 29th December 2022, with no sign of delivery ! Information said I was due a delivery that day. Its now 2nd January 2023 and I've still received nothing !!

Worst delivery shower to deal with. Unprofessional, rude. Never have a parcel on time. Was at the local depot and saw packages being thrown, kicked and jammed into too small spaces.

No way of contacting them, only a support button that you get no reply to. Ridiculous service had a parcel belonging to me and couldn't deliver it even though they had eircode, it was sent back to merchant. The same item was resent from merchant and it now has been delivered to someone else. Dpd are way more professional and at least you can speak to them if there is a problem.
