Unlike the person I spoke to on number on website, extremely rude and totally disinterested, some customer service training required! I called on Friday and I was informed that I can come and collect my parcel the next day in the morning. Arrived next day at 10:20 and the place was closed. Rang the phone several times with no answer. It took me 45 min to drive up there and another 45 min to drive back. I do not think I'm up to do this trip again.

Only giving 1 star because I have to give at least 1 to leave a review. Driver left the package on my doorstep, didn't even attempt to ring the door bell or knock on the door. He just placed the package & walked away. Got an email notification to say the package is delivered and was signed for by me. It wasn't! If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't have believed it.

Expected a parcel from England, got an email the driver(Richard) will bring it. Next I got a message that They have a parcel with my name there and my address from the Next building one of the apartment with the same number as my Apt. I collect it from her half opened and my neighbor Was very scared of the driver as he was very aggressive with her told her But she told him it is not her address that is on the parcel. She told him the address that is on the parcel is the next building. He said no and if she doesn’t take the parcel then he will take it back. Luckily she knows me and she gave me the parcel. But this is unacceptable. I called dpd Kildare, and I complained. The girl on the phone told me they gonna call the driver now ask what happened and they ll call me back. They never did. I guess they doesn’t care. Horrible service DPD!!!

I want to commend DPD over the pandemic Without them, we would’ve struggled! To all the staff who came to work put their lives at risk for us, truly to be commended! They are frontliners for us too!
