I was here for collecting my passport after us visa appointment. It was a hassle-free and simple and quick process with friendly people immediately attending us. I tried to ring their number before but couldn't get hold of anyone. So called DPD customer service to verify my consignment status before walking into depot 4. Overall happy experience. ✌️

Hassle free collection at DPD South East depot. Staff is very helpful, hardly any queue. Place is located in quite area and with lot of Car Garages surrounded. Better call them first get your Consignment verified and available for collection, then you can go there. Travelled from city centre by 27 number bus, just few minutes walk from bus stop and I was there. Please look for DPD sign boards and anyways Google map will help you for exact location.

Package placed on doorstep, doorbell rang and driver signed for package himself as he walked back to van. caught on camera. Within 20 minutes package blew away according to our cameras. Called up this place thinking they had the package after a failed delivery. The driver said "My dad signed for it" and now a feminine voiced male called "Kevin" is no longer picking up any calls

I got an email and text saying that my delivery will be made between 11:39am - 12:39pm. After 1pm my delivery was still not made so I checked track parcel. It said an attempt was made at 12:11pm and no one was home. There was 3 people in my house and no one knocked or ringed at my doorbell. I even checked the CCTV footage from my garden and no DPD van or any other vehicle drove into my house. Quite clearly DPD have incompetent staff that are not attempting to make deliveries. This is the right South Dublin depot that I am giving this review for as I contacted the depot and they know the driver that was supposed to make the delivery.

Absolutely shocking. Two deliveries in a row said it was delivered and signed for only for the parcel, on both occasions to be left on a neighbours doorstep for over 4 hours. Very lucky it wasn't robbed. The service is a joke. Absolutely shocking. Not good enough.

Appalling. Delivery was due between 3 and 4 today. When it got to 4.30 and nobody had come I checked the tracking info on the website and the parcel was marked as delivered and signed for by me! So now I have no idea where my parcel is and nobody is answering the phone so I have no way to track it down.

Don't use it! My wife and I are expecting a delivery of internet equipment from Virgin and the driver didn't deliver our package twice (and counting)! The first time, the delivery was sent on Dec 30 (even though it was scheduled to Jan 3rd), I told to DPD rep that I don't have keys to the apartment but it's ok as long as the driver calls me and I'll come to pick it up (it's a 5 minutes walk). The driver didn't call and we got a message that he tried to contact us when obviously it didn't. Reached a rep again and we agreed to reschedule for today. Again, I reached out today to a rep through live chat, and the rep confirmed that the driver will call me when he arrives (PFA transcript). Again, the driver didn't call and left us without the equipment and there's no one we can talk to. I can't express how disappointed we are with this service. I'm sure that I don't need to tell you that internet connection is crucial to our work and living and we were counting on having it today.

I'm sick of them... My packages go missing on a regular basis as they deliver them to wrong addresses. Depot 4 NEVER answers the phone. The actually used to be quite helpful last year and I don't know what happened but they are useless now. I'm fed up and I'm going to make a complaint.

Not sure I understand all the negative reviews. They seem more like complaints about general deliveries. I am reviewing my experiences with this depot center. It was all very positive. I had to both bring items which they were to deliver and also have items collected. The two young gentlemen I dealt with were super polite and helpful. The deliveries were fast and predictable.

There's only 1 small problem with this company they need to get signatures for there deliveries all of the time lots of the driver's to get them & then there's the 1's that don't. Can't get them on the phone. Tried HQ in Athlone and Dublin depot. Website is a joke. Chat bot can't tell you anything more than the website can but the website is quicker. The "human" chat is never available. Instead of putting people in a queue they just say "we're unavailable". Even in business hours. Phone helpline is similar - waste of time, infinite loops. Utterly useless.
