Diabolical service: the queue was so long that I just about got inside. There were three staff, one was observing another which looked like she was training and the other staff member was serving a family which seemed to be filling out forms for passports. It took so long just to post my parcel I could have got the boat to China and delivered it myself. The place looked so cluttered with parcels stacked everywhere, surely it was a safety issue and it could do with a lick of paint, very bad impression. To cap all this when I was eventually finished and walked outside, the queue was outside and going around the corner, unbelievable 😔

I always find the staff to be pleasant but it seems way too busy all the time, seems like this post office is way too small for a town of Maynooth's size.

Changed timings with no update on website or customer care. Also the number can never be reached. Completely useless customer service. The timings updated now are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The old bald guy behind the glass has zero customer service skills and is so unprofessional it’s alarming. Absolutely disgraceful the way he speaks to people, it’s grounds for an official complaint to Comreg or another governing body.

extremely disappointed , my package had an address and the eircode!!!!! and I have been told that address was insufficient. what else do you need in order to find the house. also my my partner has been told that package has been sent back, however website doesn't says it was sent back no tracking number where it is now. moreover i was trying to call anpost not answer each time i was going through i have been put right away on hold, it seems to me they are not bother answering calls at all i sent several emails NO answer.

Very busy post office. The location is good but size of the post office seems to be way too small for Maynooth. Visited on Saturday but que was big even on the weekend and people had to try make room for others coming in and out. The staff was super helpfull and efficent to deal with the masses so they deserve five stars in that matter. Try to allocate 15-40min to drop packet or letter.
