Hi all Today I got a phone call from the driver that he was waiting with the package at the given address, but I was at work 500 meters from where I lived. The driver refused to deliver the package to me and told me to call at 2 pm. I called at 2 p.m., but the driver said it would be at 4 p.m. and that I had to wait for his call. The driver did not call or answer the phone. I didn't reach the driver until 8 p.m. and the driver was happy to say he wasn't working anymore and hung up. I was treated very unprofessional. Tomorrow he also works and the driver decided to punish me for not being home at 11 o'clock and wrote me a message that he was taking the package to the headquarters tomorrow???? This is such an unfair situation and such a naughty driver that I refer the matter to the newspaper. Below I send the text of the message sent by the driver. (I'll bring your package to service station tomorrow you we're not  at home to the address the package was to go to) I have received hundreds of packages, but I have never met such arrogant behavior in my life. This is unacceptable.

Delivery has been "van and due for delivery," since Monday, it's now Friday. We have gotten pretty useless updates from DPD customer service and the Depot in Kerry, Depot 22. Have tried calling Kerry Depot a few times and just get notification that their mailbox is full. Still waiting, was meant to be next day delivery.

Be nice to be able to get in touch with the biggest courier company's local customer service as their drivers tend to make more mistakes than the usual courier company. A man can dream, on every attempt jumps straight to voicemail.

Couriers need to be retrained in terms of delivering parcel to the intended customers. Few incidents on my parcels left to wrong people and opened. Very unbecoming of a courier.

My parcel is not deliverd, but it's reported as deliverd at 11:18. I try to ring at least 10 times to check what happend, but it's not possible to get anyone to anser the phone.

Not great to deal with at the moment, hard to communicate with them and when the drivers deliver the packages at the door, they might ring the door bell and then walk away irrespective of someone being at home or not. I know from talking with a delivery person they are under pressure to make deliveries and can't keep coming back, fair enough. But it would be helpful if DPD or Fastway could offer a facility for us to tell the driver to put the goods in a secure location rather than on the front door step, if An Post can do it, surely a courier company can too.

DPD driver blocked a public roadway today and blocked my exit.When asked to move became abusive and said he was doing his job. I was on my way to work and was delayed. Not a great advertisement for your company and little regard for the safety of other drivers. Tried calling to report this but no answer on the phone.

DPD timing usually very good, but this time cause of loading mistakes inside in the Athlone depot didn't get my parcel. Instead of Kerry went to Dublin. Seller send me the picture with the address on the parcel everything is correct and there's no words Dublin City or county :)

Answering fones must b an impossible task for them. But u will get a reply if u email them. Never receive your order when your soppose to but will b told 'they' called even if your home all day, think they should have a LIVE follow your parcel tracking system like amazon . Less chance of 'missing' your delivery .

Tracked a work package from the UK which said it had been delivered and driver left in front of a door somewhere in Kerry. Thousands of Euros worth of work equipment that has not arrived at my door but somebody else's. Hopefully they will recover it???

Very upset about this delivery company. My parcel stayed for a month in their depot until i called and then they said they need the company from where the package is coming to contact them. If you cant deal with international delivery DONT do it! What if some one who has multiple orders cant fallow up on tracking the package? Waist of time!

I received a message saying my eircode request even though it was on there. I then received message asking to pin my address 🤣 a picture of green brown and road could be anywhere. I sent eircode but as I could not pin address I wasn't sure it the aircode was even sent. So I went about ringing the kerry depo and remember the mailbox is full with 3 years😟😟 I then email to the address they so kindly gave if they didn't answer knowing they weren't going to ever answer. I then received message saying no such person at this address so check email sent again same reply. Things then look up I received delivery time great an hour window I was keeping an eye out nothing it's pouring rain so I go out to the gate and there in the rain my parcel.ok I was giving a time I didn't hear him but phone number is on it do DHL just not use phones What a service
