Very poor service - just this week, items reported as delivered and received by named person but nothing received. Also items that could easily blow away left on outside door mat. Some years ago a guitar for Christmas was thrown over a wall into bushes and not found until early January after much complaining to the company from where it had been purchased. I could go on and on! I have complained to Charlene in Customer Service and expect to see a dramatic improvement - otherwise I will be contacting all suppliers to let them know what's happening!

Always have had serious issues with DPD and 1 particular driver. Perishable Items delivered to a family members place of work without permission or notification late on a Friday evening. Expensive items of clothing dumped outside the same premises again without informing us only a message to say it was delivered but not where. Refuses to deliver to the address given and the odd time he does actually what he's paid to do abuses elderly family members that he's not effing paid enough to do so. We were supposed to have an item delivered yesterday between 2 and 3 for my godsons first birthday today my wife was waiting around but no sign sure enough it was the same driver on the delivery note. My family in general have had an absolutely horrendous experience with DPD

Always delighted when I hear my package is being delivered by DPD, because Michael the driver always goes above and beyond and never lets me down. I am sure it will be delivered on time and properly and not just thrown inside the gate as has happened with other couriers. Michael is always friendly and very helpful.

My parcel came with no contact information just an address from the factory, the DPD driver asked neighbours in the area to find me. The depot put me in contact with the driver and he went out of his way to meet me. Have used DPD a lot, great service.

I actually dread getting deliverys via dpd cashel. Honestly the worst service ever. Text you saying wait at home/ expect delivery then cant find address. Will drop call you and claim you didnt answer. Rude. Pay extra to have item delivered faster but the ticks inside are too slow mentally, they cant even answer a phone i mean honestly jesus christ. Dont even get me started on the driver and his attitude.

Was expecting a delivery between 10 and 11. No-one turned up. Tried tracking on Website - totally useless - didn't recognise tracking code or postcode. Spent an hour trying to get through to customer services - again useless, couldn't tell me if it was coming or whether it was cancelled. Suggested I call local depot in Cashel. Took over an hour for someone to answer the phone. Gave me the Drivers number, called him only to be told parcel was on the wrong van and wouldn'tnow be delivered until tomorrow. Totally p****d off, have wasted a whole morning and 4 hours trying to find out where my stuff was. Would never use them again - totally rubbish service and impossible to find out any info from them.

Travelled 15 miles to collect parcel at cashel depot. It was closed at 17 30 even though the web site said closed at 18 hours. Can you please change to correct closing time. Not too happy

I was text-ed yesterday to say that my parcel would be delivered Fridat 30/01/2015 between 14.17- and 15-17 and if that did not suit I was to ring 062 62167. To accommodate the driver I arranged for someone to be here .Its sat 31/01/2015,12.45 pm, I am still waiting and I have rang the depo 5 times on the above number . I need my delivery for a wedding I was attending . This is a poor reflection on DPD.

Promised a delivery in a one hour lunchtime spot. After no delivery rang office several times. No answer. Eventually got through to lady who gave me drivers number. Rang driver every half hour until 5pm. Answer machine only. Asked driver to call back bit did not happen. Eventually rang office and was told parcel would be in depot and I had to drive 26 miles each way on Saturday morning to collect myself. Was not sure until I got there whether depot would be open, Parcel was damaged and open but content was mainly ok. I got the impression that I was lucky I got the parcel at all. The depot wasted a day and a half of my time. They need to find out how to use a phone and to tell the time.

Piss poor ordered a birthday present and it said dpd 2 day delivery. Got emails saying dispatched and grill would have it by Thursday. 4th January never got confirmation Texts or any contact I've now been ringing them as item not scanned. Was told I'd have it Friday then Monday then definitely today (9th) so waiting and waiting I then receive a Phone call from a shop 50km away parcel there since Friday how the hell did this happen absolute joke I wouldn't give a star only i have too
