The bald man at the office was rude on numerous occasions. Adding to that is the incompetence of scanning pre-paid parcels, whereas the Nolan's office on Vernon offered top notch service. Avoid if possible.

Really annoyed, update your business hours online if you've changed them! It's really not that hard! Missed getting some vital post sent before the weekend because of this!! Extremely disappointed.
