The driver didn’t bother. What a pity. Dear Dpd Wexford -small bags can contain expensive stock.

I had an order held at the depot in Wexford, no matter when I tried to call the phone line was always busy, I could not get through to this location no matter how hard I tried. I emailed a couple of times but in the end the local driver finaly rang me to find out where I lived and deliver the long awaited package

So, this is a great service gets the job done no bother the main issue customers fail to log the correct data with retail online this causes logistical confusion, When on retail site's make it a point of adding correct data,, you'll be surprised how this makes a vast difference logistically ie faster turn around.

Received text that parcel would be delivered between 12.30 and 1.30.at 4.20 I rang. First the girl said the contact number was wrong and that's why delivery driver couldn't find me, despite me getting the text🤔, then she retracted that suggestion and said the eir code wasn't on the label. Eventually she gave up the excuses and gave me drivers number saying she didn't have time to call him. The driver repeated her excuses before admitting that he had scanned parcels for my area but didn't have time to deliver them. When I tracked parcel online is shows delivery status as failed.😂. New owners need to pay attention to what's going on. An honest answer would have been good enough for me. Even though I waited in for delivery I'd have understood of it was delayed with how busy they must be,Rather than two phone calls full of false excuses.

Last month they delivered my parcel to new Ross instead of Wexford Town as postcode indicated. Left my parcel on someone's door step and signed for it using my name (there's no way someone else with my Eastern European name lives at same address but in different town here). It took them days to retrieve the parcel and deliver it to me. Okay, thought it was a freak accident. But no. One month later they decided not to take a risk and instead of trying to deliver it they slammed "we couldn't locate you" label and didn't even try. Are you okay guys? The only company who can't find their way in a tiny town is dpd. Ridiculous. And yes, address and eir code was correct both times. Just drivers didn't care I guess

Terrible. Package hasn't arrived and the phone number provided isn't even registered so I can't get an update on where it actually is. I don't know where my package is and I have no idea where to go for help. The website is awful, it seems like they are just doing their very best to keep us away from speaking to actual people about our problems. Guess that's €130 down the drain, thanks lads

I spent a week trying to have a parcel delivered. They did not show up at the appointed time. I rearranged to pick up at the depot...but my parcel was not there when I called (a driver had accidentally taken it in his van!). I was told it would be delivered on Saturday because the fault was with them. It did not arrived and nor did I receive a phone call as had been promised on the Friday before. It was rescheduled for delivery today but when I called all the drivers had left the depot and my parcel had not. I went to the depot again to pick it up (a total of 100 km) over the week. Just not good enough. I would never use again nor recommend
