No one answers the phone. they are simply disconnected!!!!!!!!!!!!. employees are simply lazy who leave the card to pick up the package from the post office, just because of laziness and reluctance to work or maybe to knock on the door and wait for someone to come !!!!!!!! their incompetence is terrifying !!!!!! I am surprised that such people work because in my opinion they should be dismissed from work immediately disciplinary.
