Fastway are telling me that the driver has confirmed the parcel as delivered as per the tracking - the tracking says the parcel is still in the depot. Robyn is by far the worst customer service rep I've ever come across in my life. Asked for her to confirm the time and date of the delivery so I could check the CCTV for the "safe place" she said they left it in - told me to contact the supplier? Second time I've had an issue in two weeks. Never again.

Livid, waiting ages for clothes rail. Driver walks up to me with open box and said it’s all in there. I was getting out of car did not have chance to reply and he gone. My hard earned cash and open box just dumped through window. Makes worse can’t even ring them to ask him to look in can. The worst company in the Country. Actually would stop buying stuff of companies that used these couriers. Never been so annoyed.

This company is a disgrace. I’ve been receiving updates that my package has been delivered, signed for, then attempted delivery again, and again, that they called me and received no answer. It was out for delivery again on the third day. I work from home and had not seen the delivery van once. Every form of contact I have tried to make with them has been ignored or shut down - which alone is incredibly difficult as they have no customer support contact info besides an email. And this is not the first time I’ve had issues, nor is it the second. I have started to refuse to purchase anything from companies that use this courier service. When the driver finally arrived and handed me the package, it was soaked and muddy - as if it was left on someone else’s doorstep. I would post 0 stars if I could.

Absolute disgraceful the way my parcel was left out at my gate where anyone could of stolen it. This isn't the 1st or even 2nd time this has happened. I had left instructions on yer site to leave it at my front porch. It wasn't left the 1st time they went to deliver it so I had to wait another day for my parcel & when I got it, it was all ripped down 1 side & a hole the other side. I have pictures as proof. Talk about discretion. I paid enough money to have my parcel delivered in a respectable state & left where I asked it to be left. I will be advising Sports Direct to change couriers in the future as it was a total disgrace how I got my parcel. Very unsatisfied customer.

I cannot understand how this outfit calls itself a business. Received a text requesting an Eir Code (2 days ago - the delivery was already late), it was provided. Later the same day received an email to say they attempted to deliver but could not - I was surprised the delivery was not thrown over the gate, but then again, was it a genuine delivery attempt? My suspicions are raised from hearing nothing but bad reviews about this company and now also seeing these negative on-line reviews. I have attempted to phone numerous times but no answer - disgraceful. Similar to others, I would leave no stars if I had the option

Got a text(7.29am) asking for my Eircode. Didn't see it as I was in bed at that time. Saw it at 9.30 am and texted back with Eircode. Also asked what time I could expect delivery. Nothing. Tried to ring, no answer. Got in touch with Support service. No answer. This is a disgusting service. Needs one hell of a shake up. I'm under the impression there are no Customer Service Reps. Just drivers who are diabolical at their job.

They are a disgrace! It's no wonder there is no phone number for them - probably getting constant customer complaints. I was trying to get in touch to give more address details for my delivery but by the time I got through to them, they had returned my parcel (was returned 26/06) even though they told the seller they would hold it up to 28/06. Now I have lost my money as the seller won't refund. Give me DPD any day!

Easily the worst delivery service in Ireland, no idea why so many businesses use them for deliveries. No contact number or email address on their site. Worked from home all day, no attempt to deliver my package at any stage, received an email at 4PM stating they attempted to deliver my package but nobody was home to receive it. Assuming the driver decided to state they tried but couldn't so they could finish up early during the hot spell. Useless

If I could give 0 I would!!!! How can you have a courier service that don't deliver...... Had a play item due for delivery for the last month, able to collect in the South East in a van but then not able to transport from the West office to my address, JOKE!!!!! No response to my email queries, no answer to the contact number, no chat facility. I cannot understand how companies continue to use them. Has got to the stage now where I ask companies to deliver with other couriers as I won't purchase items from providers who use Fastway. Don't know what you do but it isn't collect and deliver!

Where are my new tractor number-plates now? The dealer handed them allegedly over to a driver of Fastway Couriers Galway on Tuesday-morning, 17th of January 2023, to be delivered, 60 km down the road, to my place around Midday, the same day. Today, Thursday, 19th of January, no sign of them here. Dealer reported to me that those plates have disappeared and are not traceable any more. A new set of plates will be delivered through AnPost on Monday, 23rd of January 2023. What a mess...

I would leave no stars if I could, no contact number to efficiently solve issues. WhatsApp does not work. Delivery dumped at end of driveway after being misrouted initially. Now they "attempted delivery" I was home all day and no such attempt was made. Continuous issues from this company whenever they deliver, I wouldn't order from any company that uses them ever again. The service from dpd etc is non comparable.

AVOID!!! ! The worst delivery company in Ireland !!! Order was coming to me one week from Cork to Galway and their statement on the web is that it takes only one day delivery in Ireland! On the 25/11/22 a fastway courier delivered my parcel by throwing it onto wet windshield of my mother's car at 6am. No contact made on any level about where to leave it. Just threw it on the car that was rained on. Disrespectful courier that covers my delivery area and should not be employed by anyone. I GIVE 0 STARS in reality but Google won't let me. Now 28/3/23. This incident has now occurred 7 times in total. Would never recommend fastway couriers to anyone and I'm not the only one unhappy with how they conduct business just see all the other negative reviews.

Package "delivered " by throwing it onto the mat at the front door, even though I had just got into my car in the driveway, in full view of the driver who could have just had the manners to hand it to me. No markings on the white van and driver wasn't in any kind of uniform. Even if he hadn't seen me, he didn't even bother to ring the doorbell first. What kind of service is that supposed to be?!
