I think a queue is organized very well. You se the screen showing what window is free. It gives an understanding of how process is going for visitors... Staff is polite and smiling what is the pleasure as for me 🙏

It's impossible to speak to customer service at this post office.. Recorded message just keeps repeating the same thing.To get answers i have to drive to Tralee and go into the post office. A 30 mile round trip. So much for protecting the environment!

This post office never scanned my parcel bar code so I never knew it was delivered. There was no change in tracking status, evidence of arrival in Tralee. There was no attempt to deliver it to my apartment. A lady rang me a week later and said my package was there. I unfortunately was not in Tralee at that point and had no one to collect it for me. She blamed me for missing my package and said she had no choice but to return the package. I tried to rectify the situation with customer services who said to redirect the package to another address. Which I did. Still no sign of the package. Called customer services again who contacted Tralee who have no idea where the package is and still have yet to scan anything or let anyone know what is going on. Very unprofessional behaviour. Complete disregard for what offering a service for tracking an item actually entails. I have had to get the retailing company involved to launch an investigation. Someone could have stolen it or anything? The Tralee post office and the An Post tracking and customer service has let me down.
