Terrible long wait to speak to a real person. Ridiculously long messages while trying to speak to someone. Awful system of mail tracking. I posted my item to Australia on 17th June and the latest information that it left Dublin on 20th. Today is 30th. What’s the point of paying extra for tracking when it doesn’t work. The customer support said I need to wait longer!!! That’s no help at all. I need to know where my item is and when it is likely to be delivered. The latest tracking still shows it leaving Dublin on 20th June. Today is 12th July!!
