One of the most ignorant interactions on a phone call I have ever experienced. Simply rang to ask to enquire about a phone model in stock. Gave the brand of the phone and the correct pricing, this should be enough information for your employee to do a simple stock check on the floor or a systems inventory check. Instead he quickly and rudely asked me "which model". While I informed him I was checking on my laptop he impatiently hung up the phone. I rang back to check again and the phone rang out. For you information the phone call was made at 12:10pm on Tuesday the 22/12/22 to check which employee was involved. Extremely poor customer service. Barry Morley
