Went yesterday to the An Post Office with a receipt to sort out an over charge made by them 2 days before. The office in Killiney told to my customer who get the parcel there was an over charge and I should be refunded. So they send me the photo attached. In Mallow post office I was told nothing can be done and they didn't make any mistake but as a favour they will refund my money with these words: "I am sure these money will make a big difference for you" (laughing). Also I was almost "forced" to apologies to the lady who made the mistake because I told her this is not the first time when she over charged me. I never felt so humiliated being spoked like that loud with so many peiople in the post office. Never happened to me with any other big company. But, I presume, in Mallow they think they are above the laws and can do anything because they are like a gang there and I am only one (with no evidence like the guy said) confronting them. Leave me a bitter taste as there are so many other ladies which everytime where kind and nice and helpful. I am pretty sure most of the people will say "that's not possible" but if you are not Irish, all the things applies different. Sad but true!

You can get Foreign money Exchange here! Can be Busy place with people doing their Business here! You can Post Letters Cards and Parcels here! Staff are good here very professional.
