Not a reflection of the service in the branch, but 1 star given as you cant send anything with a battery!? There are no issues with me boarding a plane with things that have batteries, and An Post have no problem delivering parcels that contain products with batteries to me, but they won't send them back? Totally ridiculous. Some catching up to do to become a modern postal service.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid....rules differ from other Post offices in South Dublin. Getting 210 Sterling to be told I need Passport & proof of address! Showed Public Service Card, Government ID, P.R.S.I card ..as my Passport was 30 day out of date & I didn't renew due to covid with No plans to go abroad ..I don't have any other ID...it is very poorly run, as other Post offices didn't recently ask for the passport or id, when buying 500 sterling. More thought that ID would be required for the likes of 1000+ madness

Really clean and modern, excellent services and good range of mobile phones (including ones for those who need bigger buttons or enhanced hearing facilities), and the staff are so pleasant to deal with, extremely patient and knowledgeable and extraordinarily decent and honest. This particular branch can get a bit busy at certain times but even then they have enough staff to deal with the situation and the wait times are nothing major in the slightest. Couldn't give a more reliable review than that!!

Certain days the post office is always going to be busy. The longest time to queue on these days is 15 to 20 minutes. The staff are always friendly. My favourite branch of An Post.

Very bad experience,standing outside waiting in que for god knows how long to collect wife's parcel and yet at the counter i meet person who refused me to collect wife's parcel after showing my ID and confirming all details and offered person to speak to my wife over the phone so she can confirm authorisation for me to collect, post office person refused to anything to help me and wasn't willing to help me.I will certainly raise this issue/complaint with company who used post office to do delivery as this is not effective way to collect our orders and must be used company who helps and understand circumstances of individual cases.!Such a waste of time and dissatisfaction.!

This is super busy post office but extremely efficient. Line is very long most of the time but it is moving really fast and employees manage to be very friendly and helpful while keeping it fast.

I had to click 1 star just to be able to comment. This has to be the worst post office I've had to be acociated with, the que was out the door today and there was 2 behind the counter. So poorly run they obviously have nobody to answer to. One particular staff woman just talks to other staff even when place is packed and is no way concerned even hesitant to press counter announcement for next customer, sack them and replace them with people who would appreciate the job!
