Elderly woman working here is one of the most rude and patronising people I ever came across , would not allow me to access my own money in savings, I wasn’t even looking for cash, I was looking to transfer from one book to another. Useless she is, should not be customer facing. Went to post office around the corner straight after and they helped me straight away, they even said people stop going to that post office and shop because of her.

Left feeling upset and deflated today after I was served by a woman Older woman with shoulder length hair and fringe, who was extremely rude to me asking me to stop my 3 year old autistic daughter from making noise. I explained she has autism and doesn’t understand what she’s doing and before I could even finish my sentence she was replying “I know but it’s just noisey” . She clearly needs to educate herself !

An Urgent Express shipping is still in transit for 10 day already. Who knows when it will be delivered. Customer service useless, can't give any information, said you must to fill in a Form with all the information, which they already have. Waste of time, if may take form 30 up to 40 days for investigation as written on the form. So there is no rush....
