Arrived 20 minutes before closing to post 2 parcels. Was given out to by a member of staff for not arriving earlier, because apparently I should know how long I will be waiting in line for, that there would only be one person on the desk at that time and I should know how long it takes for them to sort 2 parcels... This staff member wasn't even on the desk or serving anyone, he just made an observation to embarrass and make a spectacle of me, rather than serving the other customers accumulating behind me. Totally unprofessional and rude

All members of staff in this post office are extremely rude and unhelpful, I've never had a pleasant experience inside. Staff seriously need to stop chatting and learn some customer service. If I could give them no stars I would.
