I never get any deliveries, always have to go to them to take my parcels. Always get a different story and somehow always they try to tell me it's my fault. Complaints don't help as AnPost clearly don't care about their customers

Terrile service they don't know how the eircode works never delivers parcel all the time need to go to find my stuff. The guy on that side off the glass hate his job all the time different stories why the parcel is not delivered they even can't leave the parcel in other post office, they just leave the parcels at the base and marks that nobody was at home even if you are at home and waiting for them. Horrible service probably the worst in a whole world.

Horrible customer service from the man behind the glass window. I don’t know his name but he’s a large, bearded fella. Constant dirty looks and a horrible attitude towards people. Always complaints about him in the neighbourhood too. If only he knew how to smile once in a while and not look down on others like we’re animals would be nice.
