Dreadful. waited for ages to do a registered post, only to be told that they cannot accept phone payments. Not the staff's fault, but whoever is in charge need to fix this. I will not be using again as it is useless for me.

They STILL donāt except payment with phones. Very inconvenient. Literally the only place Iāve come across in the last 3 years that havenāt updated their payment system to except payment with your smart phone. I had no other payment method on me so had to leave empty handed.
