A nightmare to deal with. Keeps parcels in the DSU without ringing the bell when delivering. Says "tried to reach" but that's a big FAT lie because I was home all day waiting for my parcel and even saw the postman. These people should be fired if they can't do their job properly. Waste of money to hire these people.

Delivery service an absolute joke. The worst i have seen for a country were the mail services are so expensive. Avoid them, don’t even try to call or chat, it’s a waste of time.

This is a real report. Please note that of the 2 dozen reports here most are 1 star Strangely/not strangely the other reports are 5 star. Unfortunately the Irish passport office is using this company and I sent my UK Passport, Birth Certificate, Mums Irish Birth Certificate and my parents Birth certificate here as required by the passport authority (Registered post). It arrived in early September and was never delivered to the Irish passport office (They want people to send the docs to this delivery company instead in BALBRIGGAN, probably because of Covid and then deliver to the office in Dublin) who say they never recieved it. Worrying a report by a customer says they recieved their parcel opened. I've contacted the passport office in Dublin who say they are investigating but it should have been delivered nearly 2 months ago. I've cancelled my UK Passport and i'll update good or bad if possible. If it's been lost i'll try getting compensated (My new passport will cost over £100, the new Irish passport application £80 and certificates another £80 Registered Post £10). Don't bother to ring this company it's a waste of time.. I was 65 yesterday and aim to move to Ireland in 2 years with an Irish passport. I'll keep trying but won't be using this route again!

Absolutely unhelpful customer support, they've delivered my parcel to a wrong address and all they could say was - write a complaint. Not our problem anymore. Because of people like this, I'm never ever going Anpost again .

Actually I'd give this DSU a big fat zero if I could. If your not from Balbriggan you cant get their full address or eircode to go and collect a package. They dont answer their phone either and apparently they only take cash for oversized items. Who deals in cash now? I had to ring the GPO and they redirected my call to the UK for limited assistance now that was unbelievable.

Got a delivery today addressed to me. My husband answered the door to the delivery man he then proceeded to to tell my husband it was something to do with a bike absolutely discussed with this ruined Christmas btw I was standing listening to the conversation not impressed

Rang here today because i received an email saying my package was in a shed. Which i dont have!. Dont know why it wasnt brought back to the sorting office like they use to and then collect it. So i had to ring here to check were they left my delivery i rang for a half hour none stop! NO ANSWER! They must not like answering the phone. So id email around to find out were the hell they put my parcel. To then find out they put it in my neighbours storage box in there garden. Which they didnt know it was there. If i wasnt home they should not of left it never mind in the neighbours. Not everyone gets on with the neighbours. This delivery man clearly wanted to get rid.

Awful awful lazy postmen. I got an email that my parcel will be delivered to my address on a specific date, so I booked that day off from work. On that day in the afternoon, I received an email saying my parcel was attempted delivery and no one answer the door. The postman didn't bother to ring the bell, he just left the leaflet in the postbox. Lazy people working there
