Very bad service! They texted me that the driver have tried to deliver at my house at 8:10 am and I got the message at 7:50 am ridiculous and they say they redeliver. First of all it wasn’t ment to be delivered him it was ment to be sent to a parcel box where I could just pick the parcel trying to call them there is no way getting onto them very bad customer delivery service !

one star is too generous for the level of incompetent shown by an post. if you have a choice to use another delivery service i would advise you do. An post is great if you like extremely delayed packages and zero customer service

I have seen that the problems are the same with everyone who complains here, LITTLE ISLAND D.S.U., CO CORK claim that the goods have been delivered, but as if I am at home 24 hours a day and the doorbell has not even been ringed? How can a € 300 purchase just disappear? How do you claim it was delivered and I didn't receive it? Bad service, disrespectful to the end customer.

I had ordered a photo as a gift for my wife and according to the tracking it was attempted to be delivered but was since returned to Little Island.I waited at home that day,especially for that delivery(as it was a surprise gift)but nobody called and no note was left either,saying i missed the delivery.It was obvious that no attempt was made.I just received an email asking to contact the office to rearrange delivery.The service is woeful and leaves a lot to be desired.
