We've used Fastway on and off for our business. Their customer service is non-existent. If I've rang their phone number 20 times, I've only gotten through once or twice, it just rings out. Similar results with email - just completely ignored. We've had a good few customer complaints over the past year with their service. The only reason I've given them 2 stars instead of 1, is that they're cheap. EDIT, we've started using them again recently for dublin shipment only (which they're good value on) and they seem to be fine. Problems are with deliveries outside of Dublin. However, a really annoying issue is their dashboard. Cancelling labels is impossible. Search function for labels just doesn't work, so you have to manually trawl through a list of historical labels. Pretty poor system for a big company
