We've used Fastway on and off for our business. Their customer service is non-existent. If I've rang their phone number 20 times, I've only gotten through once or twice, it just rings out. Similar results with email - just completely ignored. We've had a good few customer complaints over the past year with their service. The only reason I've given them 2 stars instead of 1, is that they're cheap. EDIT, we've started using them again recently for dublin shipment only (which they're good value on) and they seem to be fine. Problems are with deliveries outside of Dublin. However, a really annoying issue is their dashboard. Cancelling labels is impossible. Search function for labels just doesn't work, so you have to manually trawl through a list of historical labels. Pretty poor system for a big company

The item arrived promptly from Bombay, all this without going astray. When I went to the website, I needn't look away, as my parcel tracking was easily on display. The driver even gave me a, "Hey".

I have been trying to contact fast ways for three days. I have left numerous messages. I have emailed. The phone number just redirects you to their site to make things more convenient. I spent an hour and a half in a queue for their live messages my battery ran out. Still no one has contacted me.

A truly desperate service, it's a shame companies cannot be fired for not providing a service. Over €500 worth of presents from 3 different companies have all gone missing with Fastway. I've been on to customer service and they are simply terrible, giving replied saying we didn't get your parcel..yet they delivered one package of a mutli package. Business need to be very careful and simply AVOID using Fastway. It must be costing them a fortune, I've had orders resent and they still have not arrived 3 weeks later when I'm paying for a express delivery. Shocking and something needs to be done about this in the corporate section of Fastway!!!!

Very bad delivery service. I was at home all day, the driver never even tried to knocked / call to deliver the packages. He validated the delivery online saying that is was safe in my mailbox, I spend some time trying to figure out where the packages were, to finally find out he left them under my neighbors car (it was also pouring rain outside and packages were completely wet). Who does this ??

Perhaps the worst of all courier companies in this country. No notifications about deliveries, most of their the delivery guys are rude. Their collection points and far and few, which makes you wonder why did you place an order in the first place. Not worth the hassle.

I would give zero stars if I could. The company claimed to have made an attempt to deliver my packages. I was at home the whole day. I also have a video doorbell and a video camera facing my driveway, both with motion sensors. No one showed up, no one called or text me. Absolutely shocking service.

More than 6 business days and no information about my shipment, the tracking number shows nothing. This is the last time I use the services of this company, I prefer to pay a few euros more and be sure that I will receive my order on time.

I have been waiting for a package that is now 14 days past my latest receipt date and cannot get a response from the E-mail provided. It says I will receive a response within 48 hours, its been 4 days and nothing, I have chased but still nothing. Do not use this company

Keep delivering my parcels to the neighbours. Labels sometimes don't show the whole address which could justify the driver, but it doesn't justify the company printing that kind of label even though the correct full address is provided. What can't justify the driver though is even when the correct address is labeled he doesn't even try to deliver the parcel to the correct door. I have a doorbell camera which can prove that. Parcel delivered notification arrives saying signature obtained. Obtained from who? It doesn't matter what kind of relationship I have with my neighbours I don't want my parcels delivered to someone else. That kind of practice is really disturbing. And taking a sign from someone clearly knowing he is not a person of interest should be considered a fraud, serious crime. Both the courier and who signed instead should be held responsible.

A complete and utter disgrace. An order I'd placed was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. Once the 5 days were up, the status of said order started changing several times a day saying that it was misdirected and will be delivered on the next working day. It all became absurd when one day at 1 pm the same "misdirected" status appeared again, but with a time stamp showing 9 pm of the same day - how can an order be displaced in the future is beyond me. I contacted customer service and was promised an update - nothing came. I followed up twice, no response. This level of disrespect towards paying customers is baffling. I contacted the store where I placed my order and they told me I can't get a refund until Fastway deliver the product back to them. It took me three weeks of berating to get my money back. Still no idea where the order is. You can blame a lot of things on covid - slow deliveries, tired and unfriendly staff who are exhausted, but not providing the services you're being paid for, not informing people, not responding to multiple attempts for contact, that's just purely disrespectful. I won't be ordering anything from places that work with Fastway.

Package arrived, contents missing and were the contents had been taken out Fast way tape all around it, so they new my package had been tampered or their staff took my belongings. No way of contacting them as they have zero customer service. STAY AWAY from them.

My heart drops when I order an item and receive an email to say it’s in the incapable hands of these jokers. Currently - Items “signed for” and cannot be located. Thrown in wheelie bins. Given to shops in towns miles away from my house without even a call. Been through it all with Fastway over the years. When I pay P&P for goods purchased I expect it delivered and within a reasonable timeframe. Shame on any merchant who opts for these low cost cowboys. It’s a reflection on their service. Update: bought an item 30km from my home today and opted to collect when I noticed Fastway were their carrier of choice.

Haven't been able to speak to a person in relation to this just an Online support system no contact phone number, This is the second time this has happened to me, I will be avoiding this company in the future as the service is shocking.

The advise given my the online chat system was ' sorry that this happened, is there anything else I can help with'. Not good enough, where is my parcel?! Over 3 weeks waiting on latest parcel. 2/3 day wait time for a reply on their "customer service email". All deliveries are late and you can forget about bank holiday Friday scheduled deliveries Update: 1 year on, 100% of deliveries from fastway missed their delivery day by 3 days or more (not just as Christmas), or haven't arrived at all (15%), quite a 2019! Update: another parcel 4 days late and counting. Live cargo 9/1/20 Zero stars!

They lost my item of clothing which was meant to be returned to an Irish clothing company. 4 months later and a thread of 48 emails to their "regional support customer CARE" and the matter has still not been resolved. They told me 4 months ago that I would have the compensation payment within one week. My advice- AVOID Fastway and use DPD!!! Ps..you will note that nearly all my other reviews of companies are 5 stars...so I am not someone who whinges about companies!

Terrible service! They Don't even leave a card with instructions or where i should go to pick up my goods or anything. You have to work it out by yourself if you want to see your stuff in life. Awful service, disgusting. ______ Update: after 6 years since first review. Nothing has changed (what a surprise! It surprises me how this company is even profitable. If I could give less stars I would. In December I put in for a package to be delivered and was charged but I never received a docket and no one came to collect the parcel. I emailed them (because as anyone who deals with them knows, you can’t contact them over the phone) and explained the situation. I was asked for the details of the transaction and was told I’d be refunded. Several emails to them and two months later I STILL haven’t got my money back. I will never use their service again. Scamming pigs.

Fastway used to be the worst courier service I've ever experienced - both at home and abroad. I don't know what happened, but they turned their services completely around. The Cabra team is amazing. Once, I did not have a number attached to a parcel I was to receive and I got an email from the Fastway crew asking me to confirm as the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. A parcel of mine was held at a delivery terminal in Europe for 2 extra weeks before it made it to Dublin, and of course, that just so happened to be when I was away for 8 days. I asked for redelivery the following week and knowing the reputation Fastway used to have, I wasn't the most optimistic my parcel would be redelivered accordingly. Lo and behold, I received my package. Thank you Cabra team, you are fabulous! (Better service than U*S, which is an amazing courier outside of Ireland.) Whatever you're doing, keep it up Fastway!!

Absolutely worst service ever. The tracking shows as they attempted delivery but they haven't. Schedule next day delivery continuously and never attempted to actually deliver. Went directly to the place to collect, on the 1st attempt they didn't give me the parcel as they were busy and couldn't go look for it so went the next day and demanded that they give it to me as they scheduled again a next day delivery. Worst service.

I cannot give 0 stars. The package is going back and forth from the depot to out for delivery. The person answering the emails, or is a robot or is a completely incompetent person. I would love to say the first one but.. Really bad service. Pity that great companies like Zara are using this service!! Shame on them!

Absolute joke. Delivery men are too lazy to walk up my driveway (which isn't even long). They leave the packages outside by my gate even in the pouring rain. I am lucky so far that they have not been stolen. I have only noticed them left there by chance. Packages were so wet that the box was literally disintegrating and I was lucky the items inside we're not damageable by the rain. This has happened twice now

The worst company in Ireland. Today is 15 of February 2021 and still no sign of my parcel. They told me that they tried to call me - NOBODY RANG ME. Then they come up with wrong address - THEY HAVE CORRECT ADDRESS. One of the ''Managers'' rang me last week saying he will investigate it and straight away will give me call back - SINCE THEN HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I have contacted PAYPAL and got my money back. If your parcel will be handled by these Clowns, GOD help you.

I had two deliveries from Fastway so far and at least the guy that services Cabra is doing a fine job. Very responsive, very good service. Once I missed the first call and rang him back. He returned to deliver it on the same day. Quite impressed compared to other Courier companies.

No contact options on the website to speak to someone, no email listed, a live chat option which brings you to a WhatsApp you enter your query and you don't get a response. Tracking on my parcel says its in the depot and will be out for delivery the next working day which was 10 days ago. Monkey's could do a better job than this lot!

They will lose your parcel and you will not be able to get in contact them. They don't have a phone line and do not respond to emails. I sent about 16 emails over a few weeks and got no responses. It has been 3 weeks since the initial email still nothing. Another one star to the collection fastway. Congrats, maybe by the end of the year you can put all your one stars together and have a decent star rating. You trash company.

This company does not use any technology of 21st century. They just come to your door and call you that time. There is no automation or early notice to the customer, their delivery strategy is relying on chance. They assume you're someone staying home whole week, waiting for deliveries. I placed an order for contact lenses on Apr 25 and vendor gave the packets to Fastway on Apr 26. They attempted to deliver on 27 and 28 without any early notice and I wasn't at home. They didn't give any options to leave the packet on a pick-up point, nor could leave to a neighbor. Today is 8 May and I have no idea where this packet is. Their website is like a joke, it repeats "Additional Information Required" messages since Apr 28, even I contacted their support on Apr 29 and informing with my address and phone again, which they already know from day 1. I let the support personel know about my dissatisfaction and that I will not use Fastway again. Their support is sending me emails time to time like every 2 days saying "We've updated your address information and your delivery will be on it's way the next working day". I am thinking these people are making fun since I said I will not work with them anymore to the support personnel. Today is the 19th day that Fastway have my contact lenses with them and I have no idea what will happen next. Their service is far far away from being professional. In case you need to work with Fastway, you may receive your delivery only if you are lucky. They are too far away from being professional.

Aggrieved to have to give Fastway Couriers even a 1 star review. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago. Tracker says I was not at home for delivery however I work from home full time and have a phone activated ring doorbell so this isn’t at all accurate. Cannot get any support from the “support team” so at this point it’s looking like I will not receive my order. I can understand bad service but Fastway service is non-existent and I may as well have burned my money.

It's unthinking that Fastway have actually managed to get up to 1.5 stars (at the time of writing) on Google. Truly awful and one can only hope that retailers who use them will someday have the misfortune of being on the other side of the transaction. The one negative point I'd have to say is there are times when parcels are left at the front door. Neighbours are all around and it might be an idea to drop the parcels into one of them. In saying this the drivers are very nice

Quite possibly the worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of using in my entire life. 0% communication with the customer, all you are told is “Item will be delivered tomorrow” and surprise surprise the same notification is there the next day. No explanation what so ever for the unacceptably delayed delivery and no hard work what so ever. Also, don’t have a phone number if you aren’t going to pickup or if you are terribly understaffed. I’m surprised amazing allows you to deliver as you are a disgrace to both amazon and this country. A real change is needed if this service is to keep up with the modern standards. This kind of pathetic service should be illegal it’s that bad.

I ordered an item from zalando. My package was not delivered. The tracking said it was delivered. I contacted the fastway and they said "check the area". I have never found anything around my area. They delivered to wrong place or lost my package. Ridiculous company. They pay drivers to just dump packages anywhere and say they are delivered.
