Have lived here for years and always the same. Home all day and find the note to go collect the parcel when all they had to do was knock or ring. Avoid An Post in Waterford use another parcel delivery service if you want to avoid getting in the car every time.

As so many others, I am very frustrated with their service but there is no point. They don't ring you, they leave the failed delivery letters and even when I'm home all day I have never once heard the door bell but I miss the delivery somehow. And calling them is useless cause no one ever picks up.

My parcel has been in an post's possession for 9 days and they will not or cannot give me information about it the tracking shows it going from one parcel hub to the next. I'm prepared to go and pick it up my self but they can't be reached on the phone at the local DSU. An Post are very badly organised.

The An Post collection point is out in an industrial estate. Buses W4 and W5 will take you quite close. It is a bit on the outskirts of Waterford city but not too far from Lismore. The building isn't fenced and is at the end of a cul de sac. The building is white and green(An Post colours) and there is plenty of parking available. I was attended to quickly and promptly!

The same thing happened to me as with anybody else. Payed extra for fast delivery only to receive emails "attempted delivery failed" tho' they never knock nor ring the bell and they're not required to ring you when outside. Notice won't be given unless they attempt 3 times.... They don't answer the phone so don't even bother ringing. You can have a parcel travel across europe in 3 days, but it takes these lads 2 days or more to deliver it to your door while the package is in town. Most frustrating and ridiculous service.

Absolute joke, never answer the phone, expected a package and unable to get any communication from anybody, delivery between 10am and 8pm, they expect you to wait at your house the whole day yet they cant even manage to do that at their office to be near the phone. I would give zero stars if i could

I bought some shoes online and they got registered hence the mail man couldn’t just drop them off rather he left a note that I should go collect them here. Being new in Waterford I decided to walk so I can learn few areas, oh! Holy Christ, it was a long walk to freedom, got lost almost thrice, walked and walked for almost 8miles to and fro. On my way here, I met some gentleman who assisted me with directions since my google map died on me due to internet connection. After much struggle I arrived and was delighted to be assisted by an old lady, she was very polite and helpful. I received the best service ever and I even forgot that I had walked for over 4miles. The beauty of the site is memorable.

Yo come here to collect your parcels. Good service. They ask you for your ID and you sign off when receiving the parcel, not like the DPD store nearby.

They never answer the phone. They ALWAYS get the tracking number wrong and they make it unreadable which leads me to having to ring up customer care and uploading a ss of my missed delivery slip so customer care can try ring them and not get through either. They NEVER knock even though we're home. It's a vicious circle with these guys. This is about the tenth time now it's happened to me with this office. Worst crowd ever.

They don't deliver the package saying that nobody was at home. They don't even leave a notice they just don't deliver and return it back. All that happened on a Friday night and they don't open till monday. Worst place ever for delivering pacages. Now i dont have internet till Monday because of them because pacage is a router.Completley incompetent people,bad service apsolutley not doing their job
