Catastrophe. Asked not to deliver yhe item and opted to collect it myself. Went to the parcel depot as advosed, who told me to go to post office. Went to the post office who said it went out for delivery to my home, despite my asking for it not to be delivered as I wanted to collect it myself. I went to the post off who said it was not thete but it would be in parcel depot at 4pm. Went to parcel depot at 4pm who told me they had sent it to post office. Muppets.
