Received a scam text with this companies address and UPS logo with a Capital UPS tracking number.. Had a false tracking number which this site, Capital UPS or UPS did not recognize. Both this company and UPS need to find these scammers, tried talking to UPS , this companies and Capital UPS, automated system would not allow you to speak to anyone without a valid tracking number so I was and am unable to report the information of the sender in the text.

Finally received my item today after waiting almost a week for it to get delivered! Had things planned and because of them had to cancel my plans in order to make sure I don't miss delivery. The dpd driver Anthony who delivered it just shoved it in my letterbox and when I opened the door to take it he didn't say anything or apologize for the delay which shows Dpds level of customer service! Also the Dpd van was driving through my area about 2 days ago but didn't stop at my house to deliver the item and just drove off ignoring.

Received a Message that 'there was an attempt to deliver the package but no ones home'. I was downstairs all day long and never received a call nor message from the driver. So I called in from their support which told me to contact the Depot [NW], as my time allocation was 5-6pm [Friday] the assistant on the call was rushing and was really keen to leave but provided me a message saying that the driver man broke down and will deliver tomorrow. Todays ['Indicated Tomorrow'] and I have contacted first thing in the morning at 9 AM telling them the situation and was told that the driver told the floor manager that he will be in but they have been contacting him back for an update but no response. Then the gentleman said that he will call back. An hour has past and no call received [10AM] so I called back in as the office closes at 10:30 AM and the same situation still occurs, I offered to collect the parcel but they refused as the delivery man had the van at his place. He told me that he will message the driver to deliver it today and that the driver will call back. So I'm stuck all day waiting and no message nor call. The package was meant to be a gift for someone inviting me in the UK but now will be arriving with no thank you gift. Thanks DPD! Will switch to DHL / UPS because of this. Delayed multiple times, Stuck at the Netherlands for 4 days, tried to contact them but reply once per day. The support person was wonderful but a huge let down as they didnt even message that the driver had a breakdown on friday so that another driver could have taken the packages or even today [saturday]. No proper communication between internal members to fix the issue.

I think DPD is one of the best delivery service out there there so quick and with the emails and texts letting you know within the hour of arrival.. if I’m getting a delivery from DPD it’s going to arrive on time and one driver in particular who delivers in my area his name is Justin from district 9 is amazing at his job - always on time , very friendly.

Threw our package over our back gate, when we got back home it was wet as the dog happened to pee on the bag and ruin the clothes inside, remember the packaging ripped when thrown over our gate. Not a great way to deliver parcels that we pay to have delivered

Got a text message that my delivery will be in between 14:09 to 15:09 but did not delivered my parcel. Second day I ring in the morning to Blanchardstown depot to collect it myself , they confirmed that parcel is here in depot and you can collect it. When I went there they said, Oh sorry driver have the parcel and driver is at home even before 18:00 There computer system generating automatic messages at the same 17:30 and says that "driver attempt but no one at home" Driver never attempt , if so they should leave a notice each time. Do not recommend this service.

@dpdireland I was supposed to receive two heavy boxes yesterday, but the driver refused to drive to the drop-off place of my apartment complex. He hanged up on us and didn't even allow us to take them. Today we were forced to take them in the street and carry them up the stairs. We weren't asking him to carry them to our apartment, just outside of our apartment building so we didn't have to carry them up the first set of stairs. This was horribly unprofessional behaviour, he hanged up on us twice and was rude. We will not be using DPD in the future.
