Literally no help available if you have a problem with a parcel delivery. “Phone customer services or email” was all they could offer as a solution. Waste of time.

Terrible, absolutely shockingly rude employees in the front office - on several occasions. This was the 4th or 5th time i had to use the An Post unit in Finisklin, this time again an older male with short grey hair came out at the ring of the bell with a rotten attitude, pure vile and obviously annoyes about the inconvenience of customers. I sincerely hope more and more mail will be done electronicly - I for one have no desire to use them again.

ringing at 15.00 to check for my package, 5 times phone keeps getting turned off while i'm waiting for tracking check, previous encounters weren't too pleasant either, rude old man at the front desk nearly need to be begged to go off his phone and talk to you, i order a lot online and i absolutely hate giving this place business
