Went there to return a parcel, I've been there quiet often to do that and it has never been a problem, but this time it obviously was. There was a different lady, she was probably new, I've never seen her there before, it was a blond lady and she was so unfriendly, I felt like she was even racist. She was so rude, trying to explain to me what 'pulling' means, because I couldn't pull out the drawer to put in the parcel straight away, it was stuck. Then she was telling me how I have to put down my phone that she can see the barcode, by saying 'Do you think I can see the barcode like this? ' the phone was right in front of her. I understand when somebody is having a bad day, but literally just being rude in the public service is not acceptable.

AVOID ...Very rude woman inside counter. Who actually refused me sellotape for my label that I forgot to stick. She told me to me I couldn't use hers & to go buy tape and come back again. Ridiculous

Went in to drop a return package, but was shooed away without my receipt. Came back to ask for it within 2 minutes of being sent away but they refused to engage me. After much persuasion they responded only to give me a handwritten receipt with no tracking or price details. The ladies there really didn’t seem to want to help :(

Went here today to mail a prepaid package and the woman at the counter would not take it, and told me I can only mail those from the main post office. This was completely untrue as I drove to another location and sent it with no issue. Perhaps she needs some training in customer service and what An Post does.

Went in today to drop off parcels, and I immediately get an eye roll once the older woman working sees I have 6 boxes to send. I’d never been in there before so I asked where I put the parcels (there’s a plexi screen so I can’t just hand them over) and she doesn’t even tell me. A few awkward seconds go by and then she opens a drawer. The drawer has a super tall, wobbly empty display case in front of it so I can’t even open it properly. At this point I’m really annoyed. I mention that I can’t open it fully so should I move the 8 foot display case in front of it. They say no and that they only work there. (If you work there, why not be proactive and fix things/make things efficient when there’s a problem)? I told them I’m sick of getting eye rolls from an post workers when I go to drop off…..god forbid…post. No other customers were in the post office. I really don’t understand why the entitled people working these jobs are so reluctant to actually do their job. It’s really unpleasant to have to deal with.

The welcome was good but paying 40€ to send a small box of 2kg from Ireland to France for a delivery time of 2 weeks is pure scam! It is not surprising that people prefer order with amazon or whatever and keep polluting the planet... We actually have no choice...

Very disappointed. Staff member unhelpful on a recent visit. Some time ago the same staff member made a hurtful comment that I was reusing an envelope. This comment was unnecessary and incorrect. I'm so dissatisfied and upset after these experiences that I shall never return to this Post Office which is also small and cramped in size. Would give a Zero star if I could
