On Thursday 16/03/2023 I received a message from An Post that my package was delivered I had members from my family at home but the postman if I can call him like that he didn't call at the house number or to leave in the post as usually that letter to pick up your parcel from there office. I've been there and asking for details but the man behind the counter as he call himself he give me a pice of paper with a number to call. I did call but with no response what so ever . None of my neighbors see any package . I've been after few days again in Colmine office and they bullied my and laugh in my face knowing that nobody can touch them. This is a disgrace. Is there anyone that can make some justice. The value of the package to high.

Paid for road tax on 2nd of February , so tha disc can arrive before 1st of March. Didn’t came in time. Had to request a duplicate from Motor tax office on 3rd of March. And today 10th of March came the duplicate and the original of my Disc.

avoid at all costs, terrible experience over the long period of time. It is a shame, that some online services are depending on cheap and non existent service like this one. packages are being lost, customer is never right. Should have no right to operate when having such customer service.

A simcard envelope smaller than a letter and the person couldn't fit it through the post box... now I need to drive 10km on a working day, because an post want to force buying there useless services... Horrible service. The policy for the post office is that you can only collect your package with a docket, wherein the tracking says "Attempted Delivery" and 'Package available for collection' but there is no docket at the door and there was no ring, when at the post office the man just tells me about the policy again without even attempting to look at the package right behind him even though I have receive packages from the post office before with just a tracking number and ID.

Absolutely awful service, have had many instances where I was home but parcel was not delivered and yet tracking said they attempted delivery. Tried calling and writing to them, we're not helpful at all. When you go in person the staff is usually quite rude.

Good car park in an industrial estate which can be busy before and after work hours when people starts picking up their parcels. There's up to three people in the front at peak times serving customers to hand out parcels. Not the cleanest or most modern place but it's functional and very efficient (in my experience). I wish they had a Saturday shift to allow to pick up parcels. If you get something delivered on Saturday you have to wait until Monday to get it.

Useless service. They lie to your face about delivering parcels, and tell you what you want to hear to get them out of your face. If you live in the country side of D15 An Post post people tend to be great. But if you live in Dublin (Ongar) area, in particular in an apartment, they are worse than useless. We were advised installing a doorbell would mean we could actually get registered letters/parcels. This was proven to be false. It took multiple phone calls, to finally get a customer service rep to admit that the postman didn't try to deliver, and the letter couldn't have teleported from our address straight to the depot in 1 minute. You can see they pre-write the dockets, and I have photographic proof of our postman showing up an hour after he supposedly tried to deliver, in order to leave the docket Worse than not delivering, is lying barefaced. Furthermore, complaints aren't given any followup, so you are just screaming into the void. Waste of time and money

Misdelivered my €500 parcel after an "attempted delivery" while I was home both times, No one was a the door. I have a camera. Not the first time this happens either. Constantly get someone else's post as well with the address clearly being different. Never had my post lost/misdelivered until I moved to these guys' service area.

Not fit for purpose, delivery from Amazon attempted 3 times to my place of work all before 7am and all failed even after i changed the delivery address to my home 2 days before the first delivery. "Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome". I've no slip so can't attempt to change delivery address again. Now it's a scramble to get somebody on the phone to stop them returning to sender. Having things delivered from Amazon is seamless unless Anpost is the delivery service

Ordered parcel from UK. Had to delivered but it was late 1 day. Ok not a problem it happens. The next day it had to be delivered, wasn't again. On parcel tracking it been written that they tried to deliver 1.10pm. And I was at home. No-one knocked or ringed. Not even left a "I'm sorry we missed you" card. after 2 hours it been showed that it's in depot. Great service ! Trash! Avoid! Pay some extra for better and real delivery service then this.

I ordered a phone on amazon and it first said delivery was attempted but noone was home and then a day later it said "need info" as if my adress is incomplete which is a total lie, as I have ordered things from amazon before and they have arrived. Delivered to wrong person. They tried to deliver my package at home but I wasn't there so my package returned to the Depot point. They left a leaf informing to collect the item in the Depot point, but the inform was left in another postal box, not mine. I checked the tracking on the website and it says that my package has already collected. How they could release my package to another person without check my authorisation nor personal ID?? Lack of security and professionalism.

Waited for a parcel that said will be delivered by 8pm. Waited the whole day and received nothing. Called them the next day and they said it's on the way. Waited the whole day then say on the website that it's at the depot. They didn't even come or knock at the door while I WAITED AT THE DOOR THE WHOLE DAY. Tracking site says "We attempted to deliver your item from. There was no answer at the address". I was at home at that time, no delivery attempted, no slip left. :( Not only I had to pick it up myself, but they were also making problems, did not want to give me my package because I didn't have a slip :( Edit: This now happened 3 times already, but they even didn't want to give me the package when I went to pick it up, because I didn't have a slip (which they never left) so I have to wait until it was returned to seller and sent back again. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Extremely poor service, went to collect a parcel in depot after failed delivery. Postman failed to put in a collection slip so they would not release my parcel even with a driver's licence that shows both proof of ID and my address. After asking to see the manager to explain such a silly policy, one member of staff become extremely aggressive, threatening to destroy my parcel if I did not leave. Completely unprofessional behaviour.

I waited for whole day for delivery, after I saw update of tracking information that the attempt was made I called customer service, they assured me that the next day it will be delivered. So next day I also waited whole day for the delivery but after checking online tracking information I saw that another attempt of delivery was made but no one was home - which is a lie again. Very poor delivery services. Unfortunately I can not leave the house and go to the postal office - that's why I was counting on the delivery and paid extra for faster service.

Honestly, horrible service. I think the delivery man in the van is just to lazy to walk up to my house from the gate, honestly pathetic. If you order from Amazon you're stuck with An Post, so please I beg you, either buy the item off of another website or contact the Amazon seller to use way more better couriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL, they atleast walk up to your door. People at the counter are horrid too, disgusting attitude and they look at you as if they don't have a care in the world, I don't think that was a mark in criteria for getting the job in the first place, TL:DR, please spend the extra money for a better courier, if you live in Dublin 15, with a gate, or gated community.
